Sadhna Alekh Rajvansh Age (21) Sadhana is her uncle brother's daughter.
Ragini Ranvir Rajvansh Age (22) Ragini is Sadhana's jiji (cousin) best friend and they love each other more than anything in the world. Ragini is dark complexioned and not considered beautiful.
Mamaji (Prakash Chand) Age (58) Mamaji is Sadhana's mom's brother, who took care of Sadhana and loved her like his own daughter. He showers his love equally on his own daughter Ragini and niece Sadhana. He is a greatly admired man.
Mamiji (Kaushalya) Age (54) Mamiji is Ragini's mom, who dislikes Sadhana because she is beautiful. Sadhna has proven time and again that she is a genuinely caring person.
Vinu Age (28) Mama-Mami's son, Ragini's brother. He is a good person, yet is easily influenced by his wife. Because of his wife, he keeps lying to his parents that he earns less, just so that they do not ask him for any financial help.
Malti Age (27 1\2) Vinu's wife. She is a selfish and an insensitive person who likes to keep her husband wrapped around her little finger. Her favorite phrase is Jhoot to main bolti nahi.. (I never tell lies...) yet she almost always tells lies and then goes on instigating family members against each other.
Naniji Age (72) Mamiji's mom. She comes to visit the family at times.
(Sadhna's father) Age (55) He left for America, 17 years ago and left little Sadhna in Mamaji's care. He went to the US to make enough money to come back and fulfill all of Sadhana's wishes, and his life's dream was to see his daughter, Sadhana's Bidaai. He dies in a plane crash on his way back from America.
Shlok Age (26) Malti's cousin brother and Alekh's best childhood friend, who is going to cure him. Shlok studied in London for a while. he is very good looking and he is very kind.Sholk is doctor.
Malti's mother- (unnamed as of yet) Like Malti, is often arguing with Naniji and is lazy. she always says in hindi "bhagwan jut na bolaye"
Vasundra Rajvansh Age (54) Mother of Alekh, Ranveer, and Dolly and wife to Indrajeet. She is a woman who wants things done her way and will do almost anything to keep it like that.
Indrajeet Rajvansh Age (58) Vasundra's husband and the man of the house. He is a honest and sincere man and cares deeply about his children's happiness.
Alekh Rajvansh Age (26) Vasundra and Indrajeet's eldest son. When Alekh was younger he had an accident which caused injury to his brain causing some problems. He is very sweet and caring and is an amazingly wonderful artist. He is married to Sadhna who he is very close to and fond of. He soon relies on Sadhna for a lot of things. He loves to keep her happy and loves her. He calls her "dost" which means "friend".
Ranvir Rajvansh Age (23) Vasundra and Indrajeet's younger son. Ranveer is a handsome caring boy who studies in the USA. He loves his family and siblings. Ragini is the love-interest of Ranveer as 'Anamika' while they talk as wrong-number friends.
Satyen Rajvansh Age (56) Indrajeet's younger brother. Satyen is a caring jolly person who always brings laughter to the family. He approves of Ragini and Ranveer's relationship and believes that beauty is not everything. He is Ambika's husband and they have a son, Naveen.
Ambika Rajvansh Age (55) The wife of Satyen and Vasundra's older sister. She is caring and sweet and very understanding to Sadhna. She cares deeply about everyone and believes in good. She is extremely loved by Alekh. She is in fact Vasundra's older sister.
Naveen Rajvansh Age (25 1/2) Naveen is the son of Ambika & Satyen. He has a wife called Avini and 2 children, he is very selfish and so is his wife too.
Avini Rajvanshn (24) The wife of Naveen and 2nd oldest sister-in-law. Malti calls her "Kammo" as they were childhood friends.
